Please note: 5/26/2020 – We are only accepting international orders from the UK and Canada until further notice, UNLESS you can arrange shipping through a carrier such as FEDEX, UPS, or DHL. The US and International Postal Services have proven themselves to be unable to deliver our products in a timely manner.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AWAITING ORDERS – If Scale Colors has provided you with a tracking number for an international shipment – and that tracking number is showing your package in transit – IT IS DELAYED BECAUSE OF THE POSTAL SERVICE AND COVID-19. We are just as frustrated as you are, and we are trying to get answers from the postal services so we can get your packages to you.
5/10/2020 – We have been forced to utilize a new bottle. Our standard bottle, although sourced from a US company, turns out is manufactured in China. Customers may experience orders with two types of bottles. Although slightly smaller in size, they contain the same amount of paint, 30ml, or 1 fluid oz., as our original bottles were filled by volume and not capacity.
Titanic sets will continue to remain out of stock in the webstore until we can have sufficient quantities on hand. If you want a set, drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or message me via Facebook, and we can invoice you for the set via Paypal, ensuring you get one from the next batch. Thank you.
We are having serious issues with the postal services around the world delivering in a timely manner. Packages are being delayed sometimes for weeks due to the Corona situation. Once a package has been delivered to the US Postal Service, it is out of hands and we cannot promise a timely delivery.
Please contact me directly via Facebook or email for orders outside the US. We are happy to ship outside of the US but shipping rates must be calculated on weight and dimensions, so we will gladly invoice you via Paypal once we establish your shipping.
COVID 19 Status: Since we are a small, family-run operation, we are continuing to operate. We are, however, running into supply-chain issues with materials, and are seeing shipping delays, as the postal service uses commercial airlines for most of its mail movement. Please be patient as we work through these issues. Thank you.
